Wills and Estate Planning

Representing your case with wisdom, justice and fairness. It’s the Indigo way.

We’re here to deal professionally and swiftly with your matter.

We care for your justice.

Planning your Will requires careful consideration to ensure your loved one’s interests are protected. From the simplest to most detailed, we will listen to your wishes and ensure your Will and estate plan is properly developed. We can also assist in the preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and/ or Advance Health Directives.

At Indigo Law, we can help with the administration of an estate from the most basic to the more complex. We can assist executors in the administration of the Will and in the distribution of the estate. We will provide advice to resolve any issues or claims by named beneficiaries or ‘disappointed’ beneficiaries.

In the situation where a Will is contested, we can work with you on family provision claims and capacity issues. Where appropriate, we will guide you through mediation and / or litigation of those disputes.
