Founded on experience
Founded by Emma Meadth, the team has a wealth of experience and success in ensuring each client’s personal legal matters are dealt with in a professional yet empathetic manner. Emma is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association, a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and was a Committee Member for the QLD Branch of Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) when it re-formed to become the successful branch that it is today.

Our staff are from diverse walks of life and have a wealth of backgrounds to draw from – Emma worked previously in hospitality, aged care, public trustee; Mark is former army and Queensland Police Service and Irene brings South African work life to Australia.
